Delete your account

You can permanently delete your House Wars account and its associated data either inside the game or by submitting the request form below.

Delete your account in the app

Open House Wars and sign in.
Open your Profile from the main menu.
Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

Your House Wars authentication account and player ID
Your username, avatar and profile
Your campaign and conquest progress, XP and best level
Your ranked rating, wins, games and daily-challenge scores
Your friend connections, friend requests and game invitations

Guest progress is stored only on your device and is not connected to an online account. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove guest data from that device.

Request deletion online

If you cannot access the game, submit this form using your House Wars player name. We may contact you to verify account ownership. We will complete verified requests within 30 days.

No account or gameplay data is retained after deletion. Request contact details and correspondence may be retained for up to 90 days after completion for security and request-handling records, then deleted.
